Returns & Refund Policy

At VibeVogue, we strive to provide high-quality gaming gear and laptop accessories to our customers across the USA. To maintain our competitive pricing and fast service, we have established a strict inspection and return window.

1. The 48-Hour Inspection Window

We offer a limited 1 to 2-day (24-48 hours) return and refund policy. This window begins the moment your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Timeline: You must initiate your return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Finality: Once this 2-day period has passed, VibeVogue is no longer responsible for any defects, damages, or claims. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after this window.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your Order Number and Clear Photos/Videos of the product and its packaging in your email.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (including all cables, manuals, and accessories).

  • The product must not show any signs of user-inflicted damage.

4. Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your gaming headset, keyboard, or mouse immediately upon arrival. If the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective, you must notify us at hamxa1168@gmail.com within the 48-hour window so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from VibeVogue, you acknowledge and agree that our liability ends after the 48-hour delivery mark. We strongly encourage all customers to test their electronics as soon as they are delivered.
